From choosing a model to handing it over to your garden. Find out how the purchase from a Czech manufacturer works, what to prepare and what budget to expect — without the pressure to make a quick decision.
How does purchasing at IDOL SPAS work?
1. Select type and model
Decide between jacuzzi, swim spa and pool with counter-current. A comparison will help you hot tub or swim spa — it mainly depends on whether you want to relax, swim, or both, and how much space you have available.
2. Configure it to your liking
V configurator You choose the color of the acrylic, the cladding, the equipment and the technology. We manufacture to order, so you don't have to adapt to stock items.
3. Come to the showroom
In the showroom in Jažlovice u Prahy (D1, exit 10) you can see the hot tubs and swim spas live and we will go over the configuration and placement with you. Open Mon–Fri 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Sat 10 a.m.–3 p.m. — arrange a visit.
4. You will receive a quote and a deadline
The price depends on the model and equipment — hot tubs range from approximately CZK 80,000 to CZK 280,000 excluding VAT, swim spas from CZK 459,000 excluding VAT. We will agree on payment terms individually, standard delivery is 10–30 days from confirmation.
5. Prepare the place
During production, it is sufficient to prepare a solid, level base, electrical connection and access for transport. Details can be found in technical preparation — we will be happy to advise on specific placement.
6. Transport, installation and handover
We will deliver the hot tub, install it, connect it and show you how to operate it and care for the water. We manufacture it in Jílové u Prahy and service We provide our own technicians — we give a guarantee of up to 15 years for acrylic and 5 years for the structure.
What to choose based on
Number of people and ergonomics
How many people will be bathing at once and whether you want loungers. Smaller two-person models will fit on a patio, family hot tubs for 5-7 people need more space — check out selection by number of people.
Size and location

How long does delivery take?
Standard 10-30 days from confirmation of configuration including individual adjustments. We manufacture in Jílové u Prahy, so you don't have to wait months for import.
How much does a hot tub cost?
Depending on the series and equipment, approximately from 80,000 to 11 560 € excluding VAT, swim spa from 18 950 € excluding VAT. You will receive the exact price after configuring the model.
Can I see the hot tub in person?
Yes, in the showroom in Jažlovice near Prague (Zděbradská 56, near D1, exit 10). Open Mon–Fri 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Sat 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
What do I need to prepare before installation?
A solid, level surface, electrical connection and free access for transport. Everything is described in technical preparation.
What is the warranty and service?
Up to 15 years on acrylic and 5 years on the structure. Service is provided by our technicians throughout the Czech Republic — details on the page service.
