Salt system for a hot tub with bromine technology
Gecko in.clear 200 is a water care system for covered hot tubs up to 2 000 litres. It uses the manufacturer-specified BromiCharge bromide salt. As the water circulates, electrolysis continuously converts it into active bromine.
This is not a conventional chlorine salt chlorinator. Regular table salt or NaCl pool salt is not a substitute. The in.clear system uses sodium bromide NaBr.
How Gecko in.clear works
After the prescribed amount of BromiCharge has been added to the water, the water passes through the in.clear sanitising unit. The unit produces active bromine from the bromide salt, helping to keep the water at the required hygienic standard. Output is adjusted according to the volume of water and the operation of the specific hot tub.

For hot tub owners looking for more automated bromine-based water care who want to reduce manual dosing of sanitiser. However, in.clear is not maintenance-free: the pH and bromine concentration must be checked, and the manufacturer’s instructions must be followed.

The price excluding VAT is 16 520,66 Kč. The price including 21% VAT is 19 990 Kč. The price is for the Gecko in.clear 200 unit. BromiCharge, installation and any technical modifications to the specific hot tub are not included in the price.

Is Gecko in.clear a salt system for a hot tub?
Yes. It is a salt system that uses BromiCharge bromide salt to produce active bromine. It is not a system designed for regular NaCl salt.
Can conventional pool salt be used?
