The hot tub is standing still and the seller isn't answering the phone? We know it.
The most common story we hear in the service: a hot tub purchased a few years ago, the importer no longer exists (or does not communicate) and the owner is in vain looking for someone to look at it. We are hot tub manufacturer with its own service team — and we also service hot tubs that we didn't manufacture.
Why we can handle foreign brands too
- Most hot tubs on the market use the same technology. Balboa or Gecko control units, pumps, and heaters are used by a large number of global and imported brands — and we work with them every day in our own production.
- We have parts in stock, not "made to order from China": e-shop with 1,700 items — pumps, heaters, control units, nozzles, filters, thermal covers.
- We have been making hot tubs since 2008 and have been manufacturing them ourselves since 2014. in Jílové near Prague — we understand construction, electricity and hydraulics down to the last detail.

Frequently asked questions
Will you repair a hot tub that you didn't sell?
Yes. We service all brands of hot tubs built on Balboa and Gecko (and related) technologies — that is, most acrylic hot tubs on the market. We will tell you right away over the phone whether we can service your brand.
The hot tub is not heating — what is it?
Most often it is a heating element, a thermostat/sensor or a tripped thermal fuse; sometimes just a clogged filter will limit the flow. We will advise you on the first steps over the phone for free; if they don't help, we will come with diagnostics.
What does the FLO / FLC message mean?
Water flow problem: clogged filter, air in the system, faulty flow switch or pump. Try cleaning the filter — if the message persists, it needs service.
How much does the repair cost?
Diagnostics have a fixed price, which we will tell you in advance over the phone based on the distance and type of hot tub. The price of the repair depends on the part — we will tell you after the diagnosis and before the repair. We have the parts in stock, so you pay for one visit, not three.
Where are you going?
We provide service throughout the Czech Republic; for more remote locations, we will agree on the date and price of transport in advance.
Is it worth repairing an old hot tub?
Most of the time, yes — replacing the pump or heater is a fraction of the price of a new hot tub. If a repair doesn't make sense, we'll give you straight advice; and if you're considering a new one, we make them here with up to 15 years warranty on acrylic.
