The Price of a Counter-current Pool Depends on the Technology
With a counter-current pool, the dimensions are not the only deciding factor. The performance of the technology, the quality of the shell, insulation, the type of cover, and the complexity of installation are particularly important. An inexpensive solution may look good at first, but the difference becomes apparent in swimming comfort, noise, maintenance, and operating costs.
If the pool is intended for regular swimming, rehabilitation, or family wellness, it is worth comparing a traditional pool with a counter-current and a swim spa pool. A swim spa pool has technology designed as an integrated system and is often easier to prepare for in a smaller space.
The price also includes building preparation, the cover, filtration, and service access. It therefore makes sense to plan the entire project at once, not just the price of the shell or the pump output.
