How the IDOL hot tub is created
IDOL SPAS hot tubs and swim spa pools are produced in the Czech Republic, not as an anonymous resale of finished imports. Thanks to our own production, we have control over the shell, construction, technology, insulation, equipment and final testing before shipment.
From design to water test
Production begins with the selection of the model and configuration. The number of seats, type of massage, acrylic color, cladding, insulation, water treatment and installation method are decided. This is followed by work with the shell, reinforcement, structure, wiring and technologies.
Why is own production important?
The quality of a hot tub or swim spa pool cannot be determined by just looking at the photo. What is important is what is under the tub: construction, insulation, wiring, access to pumps, quality of the thermal cover and the possibility of later service. In-house production simplifies adjustments and solutions after years of use.
