How an IDOL hot tub is made
IDOL SPAS hot tubs and swim spa pools are manufactured in the Czech Republic, rather than anonymously resold as finished imports. Thanks to our in-house production, we have control over the shell, structure, technology, insulation, equipment and final testing before dispatch.
From design to water testing
Production begins with selecting the model and configuration. We consider the number of seats, type of massage, acrylic colour, cladding, insulation, water treatment and installation method. This is followed by work on the shell, reinforcement, structure, plumbing and technology.
Why in-house production matters
The quality of a hot tub or swim spa pool cannot be judged from a photograph alone. What lies beneath the shell matters: the structure, insulation, plumbing, access to pumps, quality of the thermal cover and the possibility of servicing it later. In-house production simplifies both modifications and solutions after years of use.
Components and service access
We use serviceable technology and ensure that important components remain accessible even after installation. This is essential for hot tubs and swim spa pools recessed into a terrace, installed in a pergola or placed in an area with limited access.
Testing before dispatch
Every hot tub and swim spa pool must be technically and operationally sound before dispatch. We check the technology, watertightness, jet operation, controls and readiness for installation at the customer's site.
