My IDOL Spa
My IDOL Spa is an application for owners of IDOL SPAS hot tubs or swim spas. In it, customers can find their equipment, service, water care, installation, instructions and recommended products.
The goal is for the customer to have a hot tub or swim spa pool for the garden on their phone: an overview of the device, service history, water log, photos and video of the defect, chemicals, filters and accessories without unnecessary searching.

Service with photo or video
The customer describes the defect, adds photos or a short video of the entire hot tub, display, technology, water leak or serial label and sends a service request directly to the IDOL system.
History for a specific device
Service requests, notes, solution status, and recommendations remain stored with a specific hot tub or swim spa. This allows service to see the history of the device and the customer doesn't have to explain everything again each time.
What the application can do
Real functions prepared for IDOL SPAS customers: service, equipment card, water care, installation, instructions and ordering chemicals or accessories for the hot tub and swim spa pool.
My hot tub or swim spa
Digital device card: model, type, serial number, QR or manual code, installation date, location address, warranty, water volume, filters, Balboa or Gecko controller and documents.
QR device identification
There may be a QR code on the hot tub, swim spa, or service documentation. Once scanned, the customer quickly opens the correct device card, service request, instructions, and recommended products. This QR code now leads to the My IDOL Spa page; after launching the app, it can be used to download or log in to a specific device.
Service without unnecessary calls
The smart service form asks for the error code, heating, pumps, control panel, water leak and other documents. The customer can see the status of the request in the application.
Water diary and maintenance
Record pH, chlorine, bromine, alkalinity and water temperature. Reminders for filter cleaning, water changes, chemical refills, winterization, de-winterization and weekend check-ups.
Shop and the right products
Recommended filters, chemicals, testers, covers, cleaning products and accessories for a specific hot tub or swim spa. The goal is to order the right product without searching.
Installation and photo inspection
The pre-installation checklist will help you verify the location for a hot tub or swim spa pool in the garden: foundation, access, electrical, space around the technology and photos of the location before delivery.
Tutorials and quick help
The customer will find basic instructions for routine care, start-up after winter, operation in the season and safe steps before submitting a service request.
Service statuses
A request can have a status of accepted, pending, diagnostic, scheduled, waiting for part, in progress, completed, or canceled. Both the customer and the service department can see where the matter stands.
Connection to IDOL service
Requests and attachments are stored directly with us and a service notification is sent at the same time. This way, service technicians have photos, videos, and history for one device all together.
