How much does an IDOL SPAS hot tub cost?

Depending on the range and equipment, IDOL SPAS hot tubs cost approximately 80 000 to 11 610 € excluding VAT. Swim spa pools start at 19 030 € excluding VAT. We will prepare an exact price based on the model configuration.

How long does the production and delivery of a hot tub take?

We manufacture IDOL SPAS hot tubs to order in the Czech Republic. Standard delivery takes 7–20 days from confirmation of the configuration, including custom modifications.

What electrical supply do I need for a hot tub?

Smaller hot tubs (LITE) operate on 230 V / 16 A – a standard socket is sufficient. Larger models and swim spa pools require a three-phase 400 V / 32 A or 63 A supply. The supply cable must be routed through a protective conduit with a 30 mA residual-current device.

What type of base do I need for a hot tub?

The hot tub must stand on a solid, level base – a concrete slab or paving. The surface must support the total weight of the filled hot tub (800–3 000 kg). The maximum base level tolerance is ±5 mm across the length of the hot tub.

Can a hot tub be used all year round?

Yes, all IDOL SPAS hot tubs are designed for year-round operation. Thanks to double or triple insulation and powerful heating, they can maintain the water temperature even in frosts below -20 °C. Average electricity consumption is 3–6 kWh/day.

How often should the water in a hot tub be changed?

The water in a hot tub is usually changed 3–4× a year, which is approximately every 3 months. With proper chemical care (pH 7,2–7,6, water treatment), the water remains hygienically safe throughout this period. Run the filtration system at least 2× a day for 4 hours.

What is the warranty period for IDOL SPAS hot tubs?

We provide a warranty of up to 15 years on the acrylic and 5 years on the structure of all IDOL SPAS hot tubs and swim spa pools. Warranty servicing is carried out by our own certified technicians throughout the Czech Republic. We also provide post-warranty service.

Can I try a hot tub before purchasing it?

Yes! You can see the hot tubs in person at our showroom in Jažlovice near Prague (Zděbradská 56, by the D1 motorway, exit 10). We are open Mon–Fri 9–18 h and Sat 10–15 h; we recommend arranging your visit in advance. Call us on +420 720 171 000.

Is planning permission required for a hot tub?

Above-ground hot tubs and swim spa pools do not require planning permission – they are considered portable equipment. Pools installed in the ground may require notification to the building authority – this depends on local regulations.

How much water treatment product does a hot tub use?

Annual costs for hot tub water treatment products range from 2 000 to 210 € depending on the frequency of use and water quality. You can find suitable products (chlorine, pH regulators, algaecide, water treatment products) in our e-shop.

Can a hot tub or swim spa pool be financed?

We arrange financing options individually — contact us to discuss a suitable solution.

Do you also service hot tubs from other brands?

We service IDOL SPAS hot tubs and also assist with hot tubs from other manufacturers, provided that spare parts and safe access to the equipment can be secured. We have certified technicians for Balboa and Gecko control systems.

Where are IDOL SPAS hot tubs manufactured?

We manufacture and assemble IDOL SPAS hot tubs in Jílové near Prague. We use components from Czech and foreign manufacturers.

How long does it take to manufacture a custom hot tub?

The usual production time is 7–20 days from confirmation of the configuration. We will confirm the specific delivery date according to the selected solution and location.

What is the difference between a Czech and a foreign hot tub?

The country of origin alone does not determine quality. When choosing, compare the construction, insulation, components used, warranty terms and service availability. IDOL SPAS hot tubs are manufactured and assembled in Jílové near Prague.
