We manufacture our products ourselves — in the Czech Republic
Every shell passes through our vacuum press, is laminated by hand and tested with water before dispatch. No imports, no reselling.
Before dispatch, we fill every hot tub with water and check it for leaks and correct operation of the technology.
Our hot tubs and swim spa pools are made in our Czech production facility. Each unit is assembled by hand according to its specific configuration.
We form the acrylic shells on our own thermoforming vacuum press.
Forming is followed by hand lamination, plumbing, insulation and a final inspection of every detail.
