My IDOL Spa
My IDOL Spa is an app for owners of an IDOL SPAS hot tub or swim spa pool. Customers can find their equipment, servicing, water care, installation information, instructions and recommended products in the app.
The aim is for customers to have their garden hot tub or swim spa pool on their phone: an overview of the equipment, service history, water log, photos and video of a fault, chemicals, filters and accessories without unnecessary searching.

Service support with a photo or video
The customer describes the fault, adds photos or a short video of the entire hot tub, display, technology, water leak or serial number plate, and submits the service request directly to the IDOL system.
History for a Specific Unit
Service requests, notes, resolution status and recommendations will remain stored with the specific hot tub or swim spa. This gives the service team access to the equipment’s history, so the customer does not have to explain everything again each time.

Practical features prepared for IDOL SPAS customers: servicing, equipment profile, water care, installation information, instructions and ordering chemicals or accessories for a hot tub and swim spa pool.
My Hot Tub or Swim Spa Pool
Digital equipment record: model, type, serial number, QR or manual code, installation date, location address, warranty, water volume, filters, Balboa or Gecko control unit and documents.
QR equipment identification
There may be a QR code on the hot tub, swim spa pool or in the service documentation. After scanning it, the customer can quickly open the correct equipment page, service request, instructions and recommended products. This QR code currently leads to the My IDOL Spa page; once the app is launched, it can be used to download the app or sign in to a specific device.
Service Without Unnecessary Phone Calls
The smart service form asks about the error code, heating, pumps, control panel, water leaks and other supporting information. Customers can view the status of their request in the app.
Water Log and Maintenance
Record pH, chlorine, bromine, alkalinity, and water temperature. Reminders for filter cleaning, water replacement, chemical top-ups, winterization, recommissioning after winter, and pre-weekend checks.
Sales and the Right Products
Recommended filters, chemicals, testers, covers, cleaning products and accessories for the specific hot tub or swim spa pool. The aim is to order the correct product without having to search for it.
Installation and photo inspection
The pre-installation checklist helps you assess a garden location for a hot tub or swim spa pool: the base, access, electrical supply, space around the technology and photos of the site before delivery.
Guides and Quick Help
Customers will find basic instructions for routine care, start-up after winter, operation during the season and safe steps to take before submitting a service request.
Service Statuses
A request can have the status received, awaiting additional information, diagnostics, scheduled, awaiting a part, in progress, completed or cancelled. Both the customer and the service team can see its current status.
Connection to IDOL Service
Requests and attachments are stored directly with us, and the service team is notified at the same time. This gives the service technicians the photos, video, and history for a single unit all in one place.
