Let's count on 5 years, not the purchase price

Scenario A — inflatable: purchase ~830 €. You use it from May to September; in colder weather, heating without insulation will significantly increase the cost of operation (real-life experiences of owners range from hundreds of crowns per month in the summer to thousands when trying to heat in the cold). And most importantly: the cheapest imported models often lasts only 1–2 seasons — PVC foil is degraded by UV radiation and pool chemicals, the seams loosen, and there are usually no spare parts for the pump. In 5 years, you are effectively buying a second or third piece: from the "cheap" 830 €, it suddenly becomes 40–60 thousand — without any residual value.

Scenario B — acrylic: purchase from 4 090 € excluding VAT. You operate all year round — insulation and thermal cover maintain the temperature, so you heat the difference, not from scratch. The result is not "the inflatable is bad". The result is: You pay for an inflatable one repeatedly and use it for part of the year; you pay for an acrylic one once and use it all the time. When is an inflatable hot tub the right choice?
