We address you as our customer registered in the loyalty program. We obtained your personal data kept in the customer records – members of the loyalty program based on your consent and when you pass this consent you allowed us to contact you with information about planned events, promotions, products and services. We process and store your personal data only for the purpose of registering in the loyalty program and related activities; we do not provide and provide them to third parties.

The processing of your personal data was carried out in full compliance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws in which they were granted to us. Your personal data, which we have obtained in this way and will continue to process for the duration of your membership of the Club while maintaining proper organisational and technical security, are first name, surname, home address, email address and telephone number and if you wished to send attention to your birthday, as well as the date of birth (in some cases, however, you did not provide us with all this data).

If, despite our assurances that your personal data will continue to be processed in accordance with their proper protection requirements, you do not wish to continue to be conducted as members of the Loyalty Program and require that your personal data be deleted, please inform us by replying to this report or even by visiting our branch in person. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and subsequently and in this case we will clear your personal data. You can also object to the processing by objecting to the processing. You also have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed by us and, if so, you have the right to access such personal data. You also have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and we will transfer this data to third parties with your request. You have the right to rectify your personal data or restrict their processing. We will comply with your request within one month of receipt. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the general regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

In the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, we will delete all personal data provided to us in connection with the loyalty program membership and we will no longer process such personal data about you for any purposes related to loyalty program membership (providing customer benefits, offering our products and services, sending information about planned events). If you do not wish to only receive commercial communications but still wish to be registered with the Club for the purpose of obtaining discounts, you can unsubscribe from your e-mail address.
